Shipping Methods

All orders are sent to Greece and Cyprus with the company ELTA Courier.

Delivery of orders takes place 9:00 - 17:00 daily, Monday to Friday and after consultation of the customer with the courier company to determine the delivery time.

Delivery time

Delivery time is estimated at:

• Greece: 1-5 working days
• Cyprus: 6-10 working days

Upon completion of your order, the shipment takes place in 1 to 5 working days when the destination is within Greece and in 6 to 10 working days when the shipment concerns Cyprus.

The above times may differ, in case the delivery area is characterized as "inaccessible" by the courier company.

Those orders that are registered until 14:00 (Greek time), are processed on the same day, while beyond this time they are processed the next day. Orders placed throughout the weekend are processed on Monday.

In case a product is not available, the order remains on hold and our store will contact you for the expected delivery time, possible replacement or cancellation of the order

Shipping cost

For Greece up to 2kg: 5 €, per additional kg: 3 €, cash on delivery cost: 2 €
For orders within Greece worth over 50 €: FREE SHIPPING.
For orders in Cyprus shipping cost: from 17 €, cash on delivery is not available.
